AMROTS is a Yerevan-based network engineering company founded in 2024. We’re a small, senior-led team doing serious, carrier-grade work — and as we grow, we’ll be looking for engineers who share our commitment to precision, honesty, and technical excellence.

A relaxed technical conversation with our senior engineering team — no trick questions, no whiteboard theatre. Just an honest discussion about your experience, your approach, and how you think about networking problems.

If there’s a fit on both sides, we’ll talk about the specifics — role, responsibilities, expectations, and compensation — and take it from there.

We're not currently advertising specific roles — but that doesn't mean we're not interested in great engineers. If you have strong hands-on experience in carrier or enterprise networking, a passion for the craft, and the kind of character that fits a small, serious team, send us your CV and introduce yourself. The right person makes a role — not the other way around.

What we're generally looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in carrier, ISP, or enterprise environments

• Strong BGP, routing, and switching fundamentals — vendor experience matters less than depth of understanding

• Hands-on firewall experience across L4–L7 security — policy design, NAT, application-layer inspection, and threat prevention

• Python scripting for network automation, tooling, and configuration management

• Familiarity with network automation frameworks and version-controlled infrastructure — Ansible, NAPALM, Netmiko, or similar

• Comfort working independently and taking full ownership of your work

• A genuine interest in networking as a craft, not just a job

• Excellent written and verbal communication — we document everything and communicate clearly with clients

• Bonus: Linux/open-source networking background, HAM radio, or experience with Juniper JunOS
