Who are your typical clients for network design?

We work with ISPs, regional carriers, enterprises, data centres, and businesses of all sizes. If you're building a new network, re-architecting an existing one, or planning a major expansion — we have the experience to help.

What is the process for starting a network design project?

It starts with a free consultation. We'll discuss your environment, goals, and requirements before proposing anything. From there we follow our four-step process: Discovery, Design, Validation, and Deployment. You can read more on our Our Process page.

Do you design for specific vendors only?

No — we are vendor-neutral. We work across Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, and others, and will recommend the platform that best fits your requirements and budget. We have no vendor affiliations that influence our recommendations.

What if my project falls outside your team's expertise?

We'll tell you honestly. We'd rather refer you to the right engineer than take on work outside our wheelhouse. That said, with 15 years of carrier and enterprise experience across virtually every major platform, there isn't much in network design we haven't encountered.

Do you provide ongoing support after the design is delivered?

Yes. Beyond design and deployment, we offer ongoing managed operations, monitoring, and on-call engineering support. Many of our clients engage us for the initial design and then retain us for ongoing managed services.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We treat all client information — network diagrams, configurations, IP plans, and business data — with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign NDAs before any engagement begins.
